Summary
Join Twilio as a Project Manager in our Global Carrier Supply Operations organization, supporting high-impact initiatives and cross-functional projects. Lead efforts across multiple teams to deliver strategic and operational outcomes, ensuring the underlying infrastructure meets customer and regulatory needs. Drive project execution from initiation to delivery, maintaining timelines and scope. Identify operational inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement improvements. Collaborate with various teams to clarify goals and deliverables. Build project plans, provide updates, and ensure stakeholder visibility. Help standardize processes and apply continuous improvement principles. This remote role, based in Estonia, may require occasional travel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience within technical operations, systems infrastructure, or carrier/compliance environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives while keeping stakeholders aligned and outcomes measurable
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- A working knowledge of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
- Technical aptitude and comfort working in data-rich environments; experience collaborating with analysts and engineers to define success metrics and track KPIs
- Appetite to dive deep into complex telecom systems and operational processes to uncover risks and improvement opportunities
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of internal and cross-functional projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and outcomes remain on track
- Ensure projects deliver improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability that ultimately benefit internal teams and Twilio customers
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in operational workflows, propose scalable solutions, and implement improvements that create lasting value
- Lead collaborative sessions to clarify goals, milestones, and deliverables, and drive alignment across Carrier Operations, Product, Business Development and Engineering teams
- Build clear project plans, provide status updates, escalate blockers, and ensure consistent visibility for stakeholders across the business
- Help standardise repeatable processes and apply principles of continuous improvement to optimize quality, customer experience, and productivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years in project or program management roles
- Experience in SaaS, CPaaS, or Telecom industries (e.g., carrier provisioning, messaging/voice routing,Β operations, TPM etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Airtable, Lucidchart, Looker, ServiceNow
- Project management certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe
- Basic understanding of APIs or telecom protocols is a plus
- Experience working in a telecom industry is a plus
