Telehealth Occupational Therapist

You will provide telehealth occupational therapy services using our platform, conduct virtual evaluations, collaborate with patients and other healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate patient records. This role requires a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, current Georgia licensure, and experience in telehealth and occupational therapy. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current or pending Georgia state licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telehealth
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for virtual sessions

Responsibilities

• Utilize Upstream’s Telehealth platform (Raintree Connect) to provide Occupational Therapy telehealth services to patients
• Conduct virtual evaluations (and re-evaluations) to develop a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals and alter as needed
• Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and support (monitor patient compliance)
• Guide and instruct patients on therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Maintain accurate and updated patient documentation and records

Preferred Qualifications

Cognitive therapy and outpatient hand/wrist experience
