Requirements

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and full AHPRA registration
• Have 3+ years’ experience, working across age groups from 10 years to older adults
• Have a keen interest in digital health, virtual reality therapy, and emerging technologies
• Thrive in a remote work environment, with a home office setup that includes high-speed internet and a reliable computer/laptop
• Have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to professional standards
• Understand the NDIS framework and can tailor therapy to meet individual client needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine client suitability for our innovative VR programs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions, including individual and group sessions, via our VR Telehealth platform
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring adherence to professional standards
• Prepare and send detailed reports (assessment, progress, and summary) to referring parties or stakeholders as required
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes
