This quota-carrying role offers excellent earning potential through salary, commissions, and stock options. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our LaserWeeding solutions to growers in your assigned territory, engaging directly with the Sales Director. The position requires extensive experience in agricultural sales, a strong understanding of local grower methods, and proven success in exceeding sales targets. Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in agriculture with a proven track record of exceeding assigned sales targets
  • Strong understanding of their local territories with an excellent network of contacts in the grower and dealer community
  • Familiar with current grower methods particularly weed control for vegetables
  • Financial acumen necessary to develop convincing ROI and TCO based proposals to support a successful sales campaign
  • Self starter and independent with the ability to generate and sustain high levels of activity with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills-written and verbal to project a professional image of Carbon Robotics and our products to the market
  • Travel required. Ideally, candidate should be located near a major airport

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell LaserWeeding solutions to growers
  • Manage all aspects of sales of Carbon Robotics products and services to growers in assigned territories
  • Develop convincing ROI and TCO based proposals to support a successful sales campaign
  • Generate and sustain high levels of activity with excellent attention to detail
  • Project a professional image of Carbon Robotics and our products to the market
