Test Manager

Summary

The job is for a Workday Test Manager at VirtualResource (VR) to coordinate test activities in the EMEA regions, lead test initiatives, manage communications, and ensure compliance. The role offers flexibility and remote work opportunities.

Requirements

• Workday Test management experience is a must
• Experience with HR projects is a must
• Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies
• Business Analysis and Requirements gathering abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead test initiatives and manage communications among all vested stakeholders
• Manage all aspects of test management delivery, including planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects to successful outcomes
• Collaborate with functional end users, functional SMEs, department leaders, IT, vendors, and others to successfully deliver projects for Virtual Resource Clients
• Develop and document comprehensive test plans
• Plan, design, and develop new and innovative test strategies to meet project needs
• Implement best practice processes, and drive continuous improvement for repeatable successful test delivery
• Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management
• Lead and connect all parties involved in the test activities including business managers, programme managers, and project teams to ensure the creation of integrated solutions and plans meet organizational guidelines and priorities
• Manage multiple test cycles simultaneously, keeping them on track

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous project management experience
• Educated to degree level
