Summary

Join SentinelOne as a Threat Detection and Response Services Sales Representative and drive the next stage of growth for TDR services, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Threat Hunting, and Incident Readiness and Response (IRR). You will build a direct sales channel and various partner-led solution channels, collaborating with marketing and product teams on lead generation and go-to-market campaigns. This role involves managing the sales cycle, building relationships with prospects and clients, and working with internal stakeholders. You will also partner with the channel team to drive revenue, become a cybersecurity industry expert, and consistently exceed sales quotas. Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in B2B enterprise security software sales or a related technical sales field
  • Past experience delivering impacts through selling threat-based services
  • Ability to articulate the value of both platforms and services from a cybersecurity perspective
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, current threat landscape, and the business impact of security incidents
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Results-driven with high levels of initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Experience with growing the sales enablement function to support sales in a rapidly evolving and competitive marketplace
  • "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance
  • Experience working with channel partners and a strong understanding of a channel-centric GTM approaches

Responsibilities

  • Generate TDR revenue from accounts across the geography through following up on multiple lead sources, developing new clients and selling directly to customers while leveraging our channel community
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive adoption of SentinelOne TDR solutions amongst customers
  • Articulate the value and differentiators of SentinelOne TDR, showcasing how Singularity™ platform components (XDR, Endpoint, Cloud Security, Identity, Data Lake) deliver integrated protection and operational efficiency
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement through to deal closure, maintaining strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including engineering, marketing, and delivery teams—to deliver compelling presentations, customized demos, and proof-of-value engagements
  • Stay current with cybersecurity trends and SentinelOne’s solution portfolio to position offerings against evolving threats and market needs
  • Partner with our channel team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue
  • Partner with channel managers to build pipeline and grow the assigned territory
  • Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert of SentinelOne TDR products
  • Ability to help others replicate your TDR selling motions and methods
  • Consistently meet, or exceed sales quotas
