Join Cybereason's growing sales team as a multilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR)! As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will generate and qualify leads to drive revenue growth. You will identify high-value prospects, engage them through various channels, and set up meetings or demos for Account Executives. This role requires strong communication skills, experience in sales or business development, and fluency in French, English, and Italian. You will maintain prospect interaction records, collaborate with marketing, and continuously improve outreach processes. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
  • The Ideal candidate must speak Fluent French, English and Italian
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas in a sales environment
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation and a growth mindset
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms

Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and identify target accounts in the cybersecurity space
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads
  • Develop a deep understanding of our cybersecurity solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential customers
  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Schedule meetings, demos, or discovery calls for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and progress in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align on campaign messaging and lead-generation strategies
  • Continuously improve outreach processes and messaging based on performance data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity or selling technical solutions
  • Understanding of common security challenges and trends (e.g., phishing, ransomware, SOC, endpoint security)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
