Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on cybersecurity, intelligence, or other highly specialized technical roles within high-growth, US-based tech startups
- Proven success hiring for niche, hard-to-fill positions using advanced sourcing tools, market research, and tailored outreach strategies to attract passive candidates in threat intelligence
- Expertise in recruiting metrics and analytics, including the ability to analyze conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline data to inform hiring strategies and advise stakeholders
- Adaptability and resilience to quickly learn about new, highly technical roles and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift rapidly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide strategic guidance to hiring managers and maintain transparency through regular updates
- Results-driven mindset, with a relentless focus on achieving ambitious outreach, sourcing, and hiring goals
Responsibilities
- Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that identifies and attracts top talent in threat intelligence, enhancing TRMβs capabilities to address global security challenges
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for roles in threat intelligence, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates with expertise in areas like threat hunting, malware analysis, and incident response
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to uncover diverse talent pools and engage candidates with exceptional skills in intelligence and security
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring each interaction reinforces TRMβs values and mission
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, leveraging insights and data to increase efficiency and hiring success rates
