Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 3+ years in HRBP or HR management roles, with experience managing teams
- Proven expertise in learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop HR professionals
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR strategies
- Provide guidance and professional development opportunities for HRBPs, fostering a high-performing and engaged team
- Ensure HRBP team members effectively partner with their leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to G&A leadership, including functions such as Finance, Legal, IT, and other administrative teams
- Support the HRBP team in building strong relationships with business leaders to understand goals and provide tailored HR solutions
- Oversee workforce planning, organizational design, and change management efforts
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee learning, career development, and leadership growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and implement effective training programs and development plans
- Partner with HRBPs to deliver impactful solutions that align with employee and organizational needs
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
- Develop and implement strategies to promote employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Facilitate discussions with leaders and employees to identify growth opportunities and career pathways
- Partner with the HRBP team to provide coaching and tools for leaders to manage performance effectively
- Support succession planning and talent identification efforts
- Work with the HRBP team to embed DE&I principles into HR practices and business strategies
- Drive initiatives to improve diversity in hiring, promotions, and leadership pipelines
- Partner with and support ERGs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster an inclusive culture
- Collaborate with HRBPs to extend ERG initiatives and engagement opportunities to their organizations
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Partner with HR operations to enhance processes and streamline the employee experience
- Oversee data-driven HR decisions and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience leading HRBP teams
- Demonstrated success in driving DE&I initiatives within a corporate environment
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
- Familiarity with organizational design and workforce planning tools
