Requirements
- Possess excellent writing and problem-solving skills
- Be a helpful, polite, and smart individual with a "Can Do" attitude
- Have a strong passion for books/storytelling and be eager to share that passion with users
- Be great at identifying technical issues and communicating those issues (and their solutions) effectively
- Be tech-savvy and able to pick up new tools/software easily
- Submit a grammatically correct and comprehensive application
- Not reside in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington
