Summary

Join Thoughtworks' global Total Rewards Team as a Lead and play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs. You will leverage your expertise in Reward COE environments to articulate short and long-term incentive philosophies. Responsibilities include supporting the Global Head of Total Reward, coordinating proxy filings, and partnering with global business partners. You will research industry trends, collaborate with HR and hiring managers, and contribute to People team objectives. This role also involves developing training programs and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements

  • Minimum 7 - 9 years of Reward/ Compensation experience with a Maths/ Statistics educational background
  • Experience within Tech/Professional services companies
  • Experience designing, administrating and working with Sales incentive Compensation plans and bonus plan design Close involvement with board related compensation inputs
  • Reward business partnering
  • Stakeholder Management ( Finance/legal in particular)
  • Working knowledge of HRIS tool and Compensation modules (ex Workday)
  • Project Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills, hands on approach as well as being able to pivot to design related aspects
  • Strong Advisory/Consulting Sk

Responsibilities

  • Support Global Head of Total Reward in all incentive related matters and closely partner with Finance/ Legal teams to drive this agenda
  • Responsible for coordinating all proxy filings
  • Reward Business partnering for global business partners
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices to design and recommend competitive compensation plans that attract and retain top talent for the designated Region
  • Collaborate with the Region HR Business Partners and hiring managers to assess job roles and responsibilities, ensuring accurate job evaluations and appropriate job classifications for fair and equitable compensation
  • Integral part of People team’s objectives and will own policies related to new hire buyouts, discretionary awards, senior leader offer inputs etc
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and communication materials to educate employees on compensation-related matters
  • Stay informed about relevant Region laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compensation, and ensure compliance within the organization. May be required to engage with Benefits plan design and strategy
