Remote Total Rewards Senior Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a Total Rewards Sr Specialist and play a critical role in shaping and executing the company's compensation strategy across multiple regions and continents. This position will be responsible for developing and refining job leveling systems, managing salary bands, conducting market research, and communicating compensation decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation roles (specialist, expert or lead), with a focus on multi-country/multi-continent salary analysis
• Proven experience in developing and managing job leveling systems and salary bands for specialized roles in Data, Machine Learning, IT, and Marketing
• Strong research skills with the ability to independently source and analyze compensation data beyond consultant-provided surveys
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and data analysis and AI tools
• High proficiency in English (both written and oral)
• Ability to work across different time zones and adapt to a global work environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive salary analysis across different regions and continents
• Own the definition, extension and administration of offers to finalist candidates presented by Talent Acquisition
• Develop, refine, and manage job leveling systems and salary bands, with extra focus on roles in Data, Machine Learning, IT, and Marketing
• Lead independent research initiatives to source and analyze compensation data beyond traditional salary surveys
• Collaborate with HR leadership to define and implement compensation strategies that support business objectives and attract top talent globally
• Effectively communicate compensation decisions and strategies to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and understanding across all levels of the organization
• Contribute to the development and refinement of global compensation and perk policies
• Own People analytics in terms of headcount distribution per department, tenure, turnover & budget
