This role involves designing the global Total Rewards strategy, acting as an advisor on organizational structure, coordinating payroll, leading annual salary reviews, implementing incentive systems, evaluating and updating compensation policies, managing benefits programs, collaborating with finance and recruiting teams, implementing technological tools, and developing key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years leading teams or strategic projects. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in compensation and benefits roles; and at least 3 leading teams or strategic projects
  • Solid knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, Korn Ferry)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, analytical tools and Human Capital Management platforms
  • Analytical profile, with results orientation and solid stakeholder management

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global compensation strategy, designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and motivate talent
  • Design the global Total Rewards strategy, considering alignment in terms of internal equity, mobility, and market competitiveness
  • Act as advisor in organizational structure definitions
  • Coordinate, monitor and ensure the correct execution of the end-to-end payroll process
  • Lead annual salary review processes, benchmarking and implement incentive systems that guarantee a good experience for the Xepelin crew
  • Evaluate and update compensation policies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
  • Define and manage benefits programs and propose improvements based on data, team needs and market trends
  • Collaborate with Finance and Recruiting teams in the administration of the budget assigned by area, ensuring efficient resource management to achieve business objectives
  • Implement technological tools and digitization processes in compensation and benefits management
  • Develop dashboards that report on key indicators to guide decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regional or multinational management is a plus
  • Advanced English proficiency is valued
