Summary

Join Sayari, a transparency company, as a strategic and analytical Total Rewards Manager. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of global total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and equity. This role involves building scalable, insights-driven analytics to inform People strategies and business decisions. You will collaborate with various teams, including Finance and Legal, to ensure programs align with company goals. As Sayari scales, you will play a critical role in developing data-driven people programs that foster a high-performing, engaged workforce. This position blends compensation and benefits expertise with human capital analytics to shape equitable and competitive total rewards strategies. Requirements

  • 7+ year of experience of progressive compensation, rewards and analytics experience, ideally with fast-growing technology companies
  • BS/BA degree with an emphasis in HR, Finance, Business or combination of degree and experience
  • Experience designing, administering, and maintaining compensation programs that drive equity, compliance and market competitiveness and deliver business impact
  • Proficient with excel and/or googlesheets with strong analytical skills using advanced features (pivot tables, v-lookups, index, a plus)
  • Proficient with HRIS systems and Rewards software and tools (i.e. Payscale, Lattice, Rippling, or equivalent)
  • Proficient with analytics and reporting tools and dashboards
  • Strong communicator translating data and information into actionable insights
  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, matrix environment

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of global compensation structures, equity frameworks, and incentive programs
  • Manage compensation benchmarking and job leveling activities to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Support the annual compensation planning process, including merit cycles, bonus planning, and equity grants
  • Help administer global benefits programs and partner with vendors to optimize offerings and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal on the administration and compliance of equity and total rewards programs
  • Build and maintain people dashboards and reporting frameworks focused on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, DEI, performance, and engagement
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to support decision-making across talent acquisition, retention, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Partner with People Operations, HRBP’s, and Talent Acquisition to ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting workflows
  • Present data insights and trends to HR leadership and business stakeholders in a clear, actionable format
  • Explore and innovate bringing solutions to the table leveraging AI to make our processes more robust, more efficient, and self service
  • Collaborate with other People team functions in the development and implementation of people programs, leveraging AI wherever possible
  • Manage the vendor relationship, data and tool functionality to enable People Instructure and Rewards processes (i.e. Payscale, Lattice: Compensation, Grow and other Modules, Rippling HRIS, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications highly desirable and preferred including CCP, CBP or other equivalent HR Certifications
  • Experience leveraging AI in people programs and processes, a plus!
