Summary

The job is for an legal expert to advise on the legal aspects of employee leasing agreements and ensure compliance with Austrian trade and employment law regulations. The candidate should hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree or related field and have at least 5 years of experience in trade and/or employment law, preferably in the context of employee leasing. They must also possess the certificate of successful completion of the qualifying examination to be a trade law manager for employee leasing in Austria.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or degree in business, international relations or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade and/or employment law, preferably in the context of employee leasing
• Holds the certificate of successful completion of the qualifying examination to be a trade law manager for employee leasing in Austria (Befähigungsnachweis für Arbeitskräfteüberlassung)

Responsibilities

• Advise on the legal aspects of employee leasing agreements and develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant trade laws and employment law regulations in Austria
• Stay up-to-date on relevant legal changes and legislation impacting employee leasing in Austria
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide legal support to internal teams
• Manage legal risks associated with employee leasing activities
• Liaise with external legal counsel as needed
• Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to trade and employment law in Austria
