Swissblock is seeking a trader to join their discretionary crypto group. The role involves managing orders, monitoring trading systems, providing market commentary, liaising with internal stakeholders, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements include a degree in economics, finance or business administration, at least three years of trading experience (cryptocurrencies or traditional assets), excellent quantitative skills, a strong passion for cryptocurrencies, and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance or business administration
• Proven experience trading with cryptocurrencies or traditional assets for at least three years
• Excellent quantitative skills
• Strong passion and excellent understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies

Responsibilities

• Managing and monitoring the execution of orders
• Monitoring pricing, trading systems, trade flow and liquidity
• Providing the Portfolio Manager with market commentary
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, such as finance, technology, and research
• Gathering, analyzing, and disseminating market, sector and instrument information
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency
