Trading Operations Analyst

As a member of the Fund Operations team, you will play a crucial role in the administration and execution of financial transactions. Collaborate with the Fund Accounting team, Trading Desk, and other colleagues across departments. This role involves daily cash and position reconciliations, preparing internal reports, and managing routine accounting tasks. You will also support fund-related projects and contribute to high-impact fund launches. Requirements

• 1-3+ years of finance experience, ideally in a middle office operation role or a fund accounting role at a hedge fund, prime broker, or fund administrator
• Ability to work from 7 am PST
• Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with or the ability to learn enterprise-level accounting software
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Review daily cash and position reconciliations and resolve breaks with the appropriate parties, including brokers, traders, prime brokers, and fund administrators
• Work with the Fund Accounting Team to ensure all activity is properly recorded and documented, including collaboration on the monthly NAV process
• Provide day-to-day operations support for the Trading Desk
• Report daily P&L estimates
• Corporate Actions processing
• Support fund-related projects, including broker onboardings and account setups
