Requirements

• Experience in media for social change, digital peacebuilding, media training, and youth engagement
• Knowledge of gender and social inclusion frameworks, specifically positive masculinities
• Strong mentorship skills for youth, with an ability to guide creative media production
• Cultural sensitivity and familiarity with the social context of the Levant
• Proficiency in digital media production and campaign strategies
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Experience in training design, delivery, and facilitation
• Experience in remote delivery of trainings and experience using various online platforms and tools
• Experience in working with international organizations
• Solid communication skills, cultural awareness, and sensitivity
• Ability to work with people from various social and professional backgrounds and at all levels

Responsibilities

• Develop Training Materials - Create resources, presentations, and workshop content tailored to media for social change
• Conduct Hybrid Training Sessions - Facilitate three interactive, three-day training sessions (one for each group) in a hybrid format. Each session will accommodate 8-12 participants and engage in-person and remote attendees
• Mentorship and Feedback : Provide regular feedback and guidance to Youth Champions post-training on their digital media projects, supporting the creation of high-quality, engaging, and impactful media products
• Reporting - Submit quarterly progress reports detailing training sessions, mentorship activities, challenges, and achievements to ensure alignment with project goals
