Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills – you can convey content clearly and inspiringly
• At least 1-2 years of experience in training (or willingness to develop this), ideally in a dynamic environment
• Independent working style and flexibility – you are ready to travel to various cities and countries and work where needed
• Openness for constructive feedback – you are open to feedback and give it as well, to continuously grow and optimize processes
• Empathy and patience – with understanding and patience, you support the teams and help each member develop successfully
• Fluent English skills, additional language skills are an asset

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: You lead trainings for new employees and ensure they are 'road-ready' from day one
• On-site Station Training: You travel to various locations and conduct practical training sessions to ensure uniform knowledge and service standards across all stations
• Online Learning: Using digital training tools, you create and lead interactive trainings so that our team worldwide can access current content at any time
• Knowledge-Sharing: You work closely with internal teams to pass on important information and news to employees at the stations
• Erstellung von Schulungsressourcen: You develop and optimize training materials, guides, and resources that make learning easy and efficient for all team members
