Summary

Join IOSH as a Training Network Executive and play a key role in driving commercial growth. You will proactively achieve sales through customer calls, virtual meetings, and support to Training Network Managers. Responsibilities include maintaining product and service knowledge, managing customer databases, answering customer inquiries, upselling, and identifying new leads. This role requires excellent communication and consultative sales skills, along with experience in outbound calls and target achievement. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and passionate about helping clients achieve their business objectives. Requirements

  • Have confidence in reaching out to potential new providers and securing sales
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have previous experience in an outbound call environment, or similar
  • Have exceptional customer service skills, including excellent phone manner
  • Be a driven individual who has experience of working to and achieving targets
  • Have the autonomy to manage your own workload
  • Have passion for selling product to help clients achieve their business objectives
  • Have a good understanding of the customer relationship management process and the importance of building relationships
  • Understand the importance of acknowledging the client value, to encourage thoughts and build a trusting relationship
  • Possess excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to identify and understand the customers’ needs
  • Be self-motivated with the drive to achieve targets
  • Have the ability to recommend solutions and drive business improvements that support significant income growth
  • Have some experience of consultative sales with success in maximising income and value
  • Have some experience of seeking and securing new business opportunities globally, managing and growing existing customer accounts by creating partnerships and developing influential relationships

Responsibilities

  • Generate commercial growth for IOSH by proactively achieving sales
  • Call customers and arrange virtual meetings
  • Provide support to Training Network Managers
  • Keep up with product and service information
  • Create and maintain a database of existing and potential customers
  • Answer questions and send additional information to customers
  • Upsell products and services
  • Research and identify new leads
