Transformation Project Manager II

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
• Experience activating work and ideas across diverse teams
• 2 years of experience in project management, business operations, or a related field
• Internship experience or coursework in project management or business operations can be considered as experience

Responsibilities

• Support planning and tracking of transformation programs, ensuring milestones are met
• Align strategic, financial, and product deliverables across teams
• Draft updates, engage partners, and organize meetings
• Document and implement efficient business practices
• Coordinate resources and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track
• Collect and analyze data to support performance tracking
