Remote Translation Project Manager

Requirements

• Native level of Dutch. and fluent English
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience in project management, customer care, or translation
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong capacity to work independently, take initiatives and respect short deadlines
• Good organisational skills
• Willingness to learn to use new technical tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clients’ translation projects: analysis requests, quote preparation, team creation, project follow-up
• Advise and accompany clients in order to fulfil their requests (briefing, assistance by telephone, e-mail, etc.)
• Provide estimates and recommend the most appropriate solutions to current and prospect clients
• Supervise clients’ projects
• Participate in the selection of translators
• Ensure that the deadlines imposed by clients are respected and monitor the quality of the orders placed
• Handle potential client feedback
