Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in Localization and Project Management
  • Knowledge of the localization process and CAT-tools
  • Demonstrated history of being a self-driven, motivated, and outcome-oriented professional who actively seeks ownership and accountability. Comfortable navigating in an environment with ambiguity and fluidity
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, delivering information in a concise, fact-based, and informative manner. Capable of simplifying complex information
  • Boasts outstanding organizational skills, excelling in prioritization and managing competing demands. Enthusiastic about achieving excellence and maintaining a sharp focus on detail
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative work environment, contributing to a culture of teamwork and shared success

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage projects for all service types based on agreed-upon processes, ensuring they are delivered on time, with the expected level of quality, and within budget
  • Provide a high level of support to clients and linguists on a project-level, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring smooth project execution
  • Ensure that clients are satisfied with the quality of service, including OTD and the quality of deliverables for their service offerings
  • This position will include the possibility to work on holidays and/or weekends, if necessary
