Translation Project Manager

Requirements

• Studying in the field of translation, language/communication studies, or a related discipline (third or fourth-year student)
• Fluent in Dutch and English

• Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks and workload

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate translation projects
• Ensure the proper follow-up and handling of projects
• Match translators and assignments
• Send quotations and invoices
• Switch between multiple systems and CAT tools
• Prepare and complete documents
• Stay in touch with translators and clients
• Perform quality checks and provide constructive feedback
• Assist with translations and reviews
