Transportation Coordinator

Summary

The Transportation Coordinator role at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. involves auditing transportation invoices, serving as a daily operational contact for internal partners and Service Providers, identifying problems within the billing network, contributing to meetings with ANF Transportation service providers, supporting optimizing the relationship with ANF third party auditor, providing a line of sight to expense for transportation cost. Requirements

• Display a working knowledge of transportation services, such as International Ocean, International Air, Truckload, LTL, Intermodal, and Small Parcel
• Contribute to meetings with ANF Transportation service providers
• Support optimizing the relationship with ANF third party auditor, participate in meetings and help prioritize ad hoc issues/projects
• Provide a line of sight to expense for transportation cost

Responsibilities

• Audit and cost-allocate transportation invoices in a timely manner to resolve invoice exceptions
• Serve as a daily operational contact for both internal partners and Service Providers as it relates to invoices, payment and reporting
• Identify problems within the billing network; work with key stakeholders internally and externally to implement resolution in a timely fashion
• Make a positive impact on the business by keeping Expense Management and overall customer experience at the forefront of decision making

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills in the Microsoft applications, primarily Excel and Word
• Willingness to leverage data and analytical tools to make decisions
• Ability to communicate clearly & effectively
