Summary

Join a dynamic company as a Travel & Expenses Manager, taking ownership of all daily travel coordination and expense management. You will handle employee travel arrangements, act as the main point of contact for travel queries, administer and improve travel expense policies, review and process expense claims, maintain vendor relationships, track budgets, and implement process improvements. This hands-on role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management or a related field and familiarity with travel and expense management tools. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management, office administration, or expense policy coordination
  • Strong hands-on experience with travel bookings, expense systems, and claim reviews
  • Familiarity with travel platforms and expense management tools (e.g. Concur, TravelPerk, Navan, or similar)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and customer service mindset
  • Fluency in English is required; other languages are an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Handle all day-to-day travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, transport, and obtaining visas where needed
  • Act as the main point of contact for travel and expense queries, offering timely and practical support to employees before, during, and after trips
  • Administer, monitor, and continuously improve travel and representation expense policies
  • Review and process expense claims, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and proper documentation
  • Maintain relationships with travel vendors and negotiate rates to drive cost efficiency
  • Track travel and expense budgets, identify anomalies or excesses, and prepare regular reports for Finance and leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements to simplify travel planning and expense reimbursement workflows
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align on tax compliance and audit readiness

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in managing vendors and negotiating contracts is a plus
