Join Xsolla as a Travel Manager to oversee all aspects of business travel arrangements and visa support for employees and guests. Ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective travel processes. The ideal candidate will have corporate travel management experience and strong international visa procedure knowledge. This role offers remote work flexibility from the CIS region or a hybrid format from our Perm office. Responsibilities include coordinating domestic and international travel, providing visa support, managing travel documentation, monitoring budgets, and serving as a point of contact for travel issues. Success requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
- Prior experience in corporate travel coordination or the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industry
- Proven experience managing business travel logistics and working directly with airlines, hotels, and visa agencies
- Strong knowledge of visa procedures for the US, Schengen countries, the UK, China, and other major destinations
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze travel regulations and communicate directly with consular offices when necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international business travel, including flight bookings, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Provide full visa support for employees and guests, ensuring compliance with destination-specific requirements
- Manage travel-related documentation, maintain an up-to-date database of personal and corporate travel records
- Monitor travel budgets, oversee expense tracking, and ensure timely collection of reporting documents
- Register and process payments for business events and conferences
- Develop and distribute clear, user-friendly travel instructions and guidelines
- Serve as a point of contact for resolving travel-related issues during business trips
- Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and visa service providers
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with travel management platforms and loyalty programs (e.g., AMEX Points) is an advantage
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets in particular); experience with Confluence, Jira, and ZIP is a plus
