Summary
Join our team as a Treasury Analyst in a remote U.S. or Canada-based hybrid role! This position blends treasury and accounting functions. Key responsibilities include cash management, cash flow forecasting, bank account management, and maintaining banking relationships. Additionally, you will manage AR and AFDA processes, sales and use tax functions, and the company's employee T&E policy. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years of experience in treasury management and GL accounting, and strong analytical and communication skills. This role offers minimal travel and a competitive salary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of experience to include both treasury management and GL accounting
- Strong understanding of treasury operations
- Excellent project leadership skills
- Experienced at effectively communicating with senior-level executives and resources, both internal and external
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Responsibilities
- Manage the Company’s cash flow to ensure there is sufficient cash on hand by country/account to meet financial obligations
- Manage payroll, vendor, tax, and other disbursements by country/account
- Manage the monthly settlement of international entities’ invoices on behalf of the U.S. entity
- Direct the repatriation of international funds
- Manage the preparation of a weekly/monthly cash flow forecast by country including quarterly cash target creation
- Manage the reporting of actual results by country
- Lead the overall assessment of the bank account structure vs, needs
- Manage the process required to update the signers on each account
- Manage daily transaction requests
- Maintain connection with banking partners and collaborate with these partners to ensure the Company is in compliance with all requirements
- Manage the U.S. and International sales and use tax function
- Manage the strategy, implementation, and administration of the Company’s employee T&E policy
- AR and AFDA close process, analysis, and reconciliation
Preferred Qualifications
Strong preference for candidates who have led key, complex projects
