Summary
Join Concentric, a global risk consultancy, as a Trust Global Partnerships Associate! Based remotely in Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil, you will support the development and management of external partnerships, aligning strategic initiatives with company goals. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, engaging with external organizations, managing relationships, communicating progress to leadership, and supporting administrative tasks. This role requires 8+ years of experience in threat intelligence and threat hunting, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree and experience in the technology sector. Compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process, with pay ranges provided for each country.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in strategic external engagement initiatives with multiple internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis with well-developed and thoughtful business judgment, strategic thinking, and ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to be highly productive and solution-oriented while managing ambiguity in a dynamic organization by being effective and impactful in your day-to-day operations
- Proven track record of supporting multi-faceted partnerships with public and private sectors and experience working with nonprofit organizations, multilateral organizations, academic experts, and policy makers
- Strong track record of organizing and executing events, facilitating consensus building, developing programs, and engagements with both internal and external audiences
- Exceptional project management skills from idea conceptualization to implementation; ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including shifting from delivering an executive presentation to providing tactical updates for stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with both local and distributed teams with minimal guidance
- Acute attention to detail and a bias for organization
- Experience working in the LATAM market with non-profit and governmental entities
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, with experience
- Proven experience (8+ years) in threat intelligence and threat hunting, focusing on OSINT
- Strong understanding of investigation principles, cybersecurity fundamentals, frameworks, and best practices
- Experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Support the development and management of external engagements with partners as part of the Trust Organization
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to align strategic initiatives against broader company initiatives and goals
- Engage with external organizations, and managing those relationships and their workflow
- Regularly communicate plans and progress to leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Support administrative work, and track deliverables and milestones
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience with trust and safety in the technology sector
- Direct experience leading insider risk investigations
- Behavioral threat assessment or forensic behavioral science experience
- Counter-insider threat professional certifications or equivalent experience
- Strong business or program management experience
- Strong to moderate familiarity in cybersecurity and cyber threat detection
- Planning, procedures, and policy drafting
- Experience incident commander
