Join Monarch, a leading financial life management company, as a detail-oriented and creative UGC Production Specialist. You will manage end-to-end collaborations with user-generated content (UGC) partners, handling outreach, feedback, rate negotiations, and content usage agreements. Leveraging your video editing and CMS expertise, you'll ensure high-quality UGC aligned with brand objectives. This role involves close collaboration with the paid social team to optimize UGC performance. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content production, social media, or UGC-related roles
• Deep understanding of UGC trends and enthusiasm for working with diverse creator communities
• Strong project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple collaborations and deadlines
• Familiarity with performance tracking tools to evaluate content success
• Proficiency in creative tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Canva, Figma) and CMS platforms (Aspire, Air)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of UGC partnerships, including identifying potential creators, conducting outreach, and maintaining strong relationships
• Provide constructive feedback to partners to ensure content quality and alignment with brand guidelines
• Negotiate rates, usage rights, and licensing agreements with UGC creators to ensure fair and transparent arrangements
• Utilize video editing tools to enhance UGC for optimal quality and branding
• Maintain and organize content using CMS tools, ensuring assets are accessible and properly archived
• Stay updated on UGC trends, platform-specific guidelines, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge
