Requirements

• Strong track record in influencer marketing within the United States, with a proven record of successful campaigns
• Indepth understanding of different social media platforms and influencer landscapes
• Expertise in social media platforms, including algorithms, analytics and effective utilization across all channels (instagram, tiktok and e-commerce platform)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial approach to driving sales and brand growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with influencers and team members
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with influencers and creators on Instagram and Tiktok
• Develop and manage a network of micro/macro influencers and UGC creators to drive engagement for either paid and organic campaigns
• Create scalable processes to expand influencer, ambassador, and affiliate programs effectively
• Plan, execute, and track influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the US market, including outreach, content approval, contract negotiation, and reporting
• Collaborate with influencers to produce creative, brand-aligned content that meets marketing goals and business goals
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI on influencer campaigns
• Establish a framework to measure and analyze campaign performance for continuous optimization
• Stay informed on trends and best practices in influencer marketing and social media
