UI Designer

Summary

Join QuintoAndar as a Junior UI Designer and contribute to the development and maintenance of the Design System for Tokko Broker, a leading CRM in the real estate industry. You will work on visual components, collaborate with designers and developers, support implementation across platforms, and contribute to user flow definition. This role offers the opportunity to impact thousands of users across various countries and learn about UX and product design. Requirements

• Initial experience in UI design, whether through personal, academic, or professional projects
• Some experience using Figma — or a strong desire to learn and grow your skills with it
• Interest in design systems, reusable components, and visual consistency
• Solid visual criteria, attention to detail, and sensitivity to user experience
• Good communication skills and openness to teamwork
• Curiosity to stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and new tools — including Figma updates, system iterations, and industry standards

Responsibilities

• Design and improve visual components within the Design System, ensuring consistency and high quality across the platform
• Collaborate closely with other designers and developers to document and maintain the system effectively
• Support the implementation across different flows and screens, ensuring clarity and accessibility in the interfaces
• Contribute to the definition of user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, focusing on simplicity and user experience
• Gradually get involved in UX activities such as proposal validation, identifying improvement opportunities, and defining interactions
• Actively receive and apply feedback
