Summary

Join Voodoo's Live Games team in Barcelona or remotely within the CET +/-2h timezone and become a highly skilled UI/UX Artist for the popular mobile game Hole.io. Collaborate with a team of experts to enhance the game's user interface, ensuring a visually compelling and functionally intuitive experience. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent UI style, creating UI assets, and working closely with the Art Director, Game Designers, and Developers. This role requires proven experience in UI/UX design for mobile games, strong proficiency in Figma and Unity, and excellent 2D art skills. Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Artist on shipped mobile games
• Strong proficiency in Figma with experience building and maintaining component libraries
• Strong Unity skills, with the ability to implement and troubleshoot UI setups directly in engine
• Excellent 2D design and rendering skills, with a keen eye for visual hierarchy, composition, and readability
• Demonstrated ability to build and follow a consistent UI visual language
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional remote teams
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Establish a high quality, scalable UI, from early concepts to final implementation
• Create and maintain a comprehensive UI Style Bible and reusable component libraries
• Design high-quality 2D assets for menus, HUDs, buttons, icons, and other UI elements
• Setup, integrate, and animate UI scenes in Unity
• Collaborate with the Art Director to ensure consistency with the game's visual tone
• Work with Game Designers to ensure UI supports gameplay and accessibility goals
• Ensure technical feasibility and performance of UI assets on mobile devices
• Iterate quickly based on team feedback and live user data
