Requirements

• 5+ years of underwriting/operations experience in commercial auto
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
• Self-starter who independently seeks out opportunities to learn and succeed
• Bias-to-action - you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and stretch yourself
• Owner mentality - take accountability for your actions and results
• Successfully able to work in high-growth, ambiguous environments

Responsibilities

• Process endorsements, bind policies and review email submissions
• Build end to end processes to ensure a positive agent and insured experience
• Onboard new agents into Nirvana’s systems and processes
• Engage with external contractors to grant clearance and perform appetite checks
• Use AI tools to support team and company efficiency
• Support BD efforts to deepen partnerships with agents
