Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Partner underwritten loans conform with Partner program credit guidelines in a timely manner, resulting in an acceptable level of credit risk and an appropriate risk return relationship
  • Facilitate the validation of external credit partners ensuring credit risk meets simple credit box standards
  • Work with Partner Development Executive to ensure Partners and Clients understand our company's requirements and their responsibilities
  • Manage the entire underwriting process through closing and affect a smooth transition to Portfolio
  • Manage existing Partner generated loans through their life cycle
  • Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
  • Continues to build knowledge of the organization, processes, customers, and experience in own discipline
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of a variety of factors
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships
  • Receives moderate level of instruction and guidance for routine work
  • May receive more detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
