Summary

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, organize, and maintain employee benefits data in internal systems
  • Ensure all data meets required standards and is complete
  • Send a high volume of emails to customers requesting necessary data and documentation
  • Track and manage email responses, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of outstanding items
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of communications and follow-up activities
  • Review and interpret insurance policies and related documentation, including complex terms and conditions
  • Normalize and standardize policy content to ensure consistency and clarity across all data
  • Perform QA reviews to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company requirements
  • Work effectively in a remote environment while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes and objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Knowledge of group insurance and/or medical insurance
