Summary

Responsibilities
- Accurately input, organize, and maintain employee benefits data in internal systems
- Ensure all data meets required standards and is complete
- Send a high volume of emails to customers requesting necessary data and documentation
- Track and manage email responses, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of outstanding items
- Maintain detailed and organized records of communications and follow-up activities
- Review and interpret insurance policies and related documentation, including complex terms and conditions
- Normalize and standardize policy content to ensure consistency and clarity across all data
- Perform QA reviews to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company requirements
- Work effectively in a remote environment while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on processes and objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree
- Knowledge of group insurance and/or medical insurance
