User Acquisition Representative

Summary

Join Clipboard Health as a User Acquisition Representative and play a key role in launching new markets. You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new healthcare providers to our app-based marketplace. This role offers significant growth potential for highly motivated individuals who are diligent and possess strong communication skills. You will generate leads, articulate the app's value proposition, build rapport with providers, and assist with onboarding and shift booking. The position requires a stable internet connection, a computer, international location (outside the US and Canada), availability for US working hours, and fluency in English. Requirements

• Willingness to hustle / lack of fear
• Experience texting, emailing, and talking with English-speaking clients and prospects
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• A computer workstation (laptop or desktop)
• Internationally located (not in the US or Canada)
• Availability to work US working hours
• Fluency in English speaking and writing

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through online platforms and job portals
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of the app to prospective users
• Establish credibility and rapport with providers, which includes demonstrating a strong understanding of the app
• Be the go-to point of contact for users that need help with onboarding onto the app and booking their first shift
• Help fill new and urgent shifts in your assigned markets
