User Acquisition Representative

Summary

Join Clipboard Health as a User Acquisition Representative and play a key role in launching new markets. You will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new healthcare providers onto our app-based marketplace. This fast-paced role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build rapport with potential users. Requirements

• Experience texting, emailing, and talking with English-speaking clients and prospects

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through online platforms and job portals
• Clearly articulate the value proposition of the app to prospective users
• Establish credibility and rapport with providers, which includes demonstrating a strong understanding of the app
• Be the go-to point of contact for users that need help with onboarding onto the app and booking their first shift
• Help fill new and urgent shifts in your assigned markets
