User Experience Designer

Summary

Join Koddi's Cohort Program for an intense, 8-week training and development program covering product and engineering aspects. Work closely with cross-functional teams to scope and launch a feature or product enhancement. After completion, join Koddi's team full-time and continue learning.

Requirements

• Graduating no later than May 2025
• Good at solving problems and thinking things through from first-principles
• Strong, polished written and verbal communicator
• A beginner’s mindset; humble, and ready to learn
• A portfolio sharing some of the work you have completed in school or past intern programs
• Commitment to being onsite in Fort Worth Monday through Friday for the duration of the 8-week program
• Able to join us Full Time after the program ends

Responsibilities

Work very closely with engineering, product managers, and other cross-functional counterparts to scope and launch a meaningful feature or product enhancement for Koddi’s customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Educated on design process from conceptualization to implementation, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Comfortable working and presenting with Figma, and can create variables & dynamic components to supercharge the design process
