• Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to interpret research findings and provide actionable insights
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and present research findings in a clear and concise manner
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to integrate user feedback into the product development process
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Responsibilities

• User Behavior Understanding: Thoroughly comprehend user behaviors, needs, pain points, and motivations to inform product development and enhancement
• Research Activities: Plan, conduct, and analyze feature testing, interviews, surveys, and other research methods to gather valuable insights from user experiences
• Customer Feedback Loop: Establish and optimize processes for an effective customer feedback loop to continuously improve our products based on user input
