We are seeking a Junior level candidate with a quantitative background to develop new data collection methods, improve survey interfaces, process research data, create reports, and perform quality checks for market research studies. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Science, Computing, or any other numerical field.

Responsibilities

• Designing and managing data tools
• Developing new data collection methods
• Improving existing survey interface designs
• Scripting survey questionnaires with logic implementation
• Studying survey software and developing new scripts
• Processing research data using software with syntaxes and codes
• Designing quantitative samples based on client requirements
• Monitoring quantitative fieldwork and adhering to project schedules and deadlines
• Coding open-ended (free text response) answers when required
• Performing quality checks and audits of survey implementations to ensure accuracy
• Creating highly actionable and digestible reports in PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with market research (internship) experience are welcome
• Strong appetite for learning new data tools
• Openness to change and innovation
• Familiarity with Python is desired
• Basic competency in SPSS, R, and data visualization tools is preferred
