Responsibilities

• Understand user interactions across our products to identify usability issues and improvements
• Conduct regular UX testing to ensure intuitive and efficient user experiences, reporting findings to Product and QA teams
• Identify blockers to conversion and propose data-driven enhancements
• Collaborate with analysts to establish benchmarks for task success, time on task, and user error rates, using insights to drive performance improvements
• Ensure the user journey aligns with business and customer expectations, addressing issues during the requirements and testing phases
• Work closely with stakeholders to enhance LegalMatch features, contributing UX expertise and innovative solutions
