UX Designer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX design or relevant experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and design process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to various stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that improve user experience
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Develop and maintain user experience documentation, including user personas, journey maps, and design specifications
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Advocate for user-centered design in all aspects of the product development process

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
