UX Designer

Summary

Join Yieldmo, an advertising platform leveraging AI and tech for creative ad experiences, as a UX Designer. You will be involved in the entire product development lifecycle, from research to usability testing. Collaborate closely with engineering and present to executives and clients. This fast-paced role requires 7+ years of UX/UI experience, a design-related degree, and proficiency in Figma and other design tools. Requirements

• 7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
• Skill in developing rapid UI prototypes
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Experience working with retail, technology development, and device partners
• Experience in implementing accessible and inclusive design principles
• Strong skills in both working with and presenting to executive leaders
• Expertise in ad tech ecosystems and ad systems
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions for complex products
• Proficient using JS frameworks like React or Angular

Responsibilities

• Traverse the entire lifecycle of product's development, including user research, design, prototyping, and usability evaluation
• Work side-by-side with application engineering
• Present to C-suite and external customers
• Drive, maintain, and mechanize collaboration across teams with divergent needs/goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Ad tech experience
• Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience using Javascript animation libraries, like Three.js or GSAP
