UX Designer

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of experience with creating and using prototypes, wireframes, user interviews, data points, etc
• Have experience using UI mockup tools like UX Pin and Figma
• Have experience working with Git Version Control
• Be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
• Be able to attain low-level security clearance
• Have a Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our engineering and product teams
• Be responsible for all UX, design, and research on one of our core teams
• Oversee the entire UX process, from conception to implementation
• Create and use prototypes, wireframes, user interviews, and data points to arrive at solutions and convey product vision and design
• Think strategically and frame problems clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Design 508 compliant solutions
• Adapt to existing design and UX systems
• Maintain a consultant mindset, prioritizing client and user needs
• Work in Agile development environments
• Translate direction from senior leadership into concrete actions

• Have an understanding of and ability to design 508 compliant solutions
• Have adaptability when working with, and in, existing design and UX systems
• Have a consultant mindset that keeps the needs of the client and users at the forefront of all decisions
• Have experience working in Agile development environments
• Be capable of taking direction from senior leadership and translating into concrete next steps and actions
