Techie Talent is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join their team and contribute to transforming the tech industry through their people-centric approach. The UX Designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions using a varied technology stack, ensuring functional, efficient, reliable, and scalable products. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, a strong portfolio showcasing the end-to-end design process, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design process
• Excellent understanding of user experience principles, usability best practices, and design thinking methodologies
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
• Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable design solutions
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong visual design skills and an understanding of typography, color theory, and UI design principles
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and experience in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, and desktop)
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment
• Advanced English level
