Requirements

  • Experience in UX research and design, preferably in healthcare or tech industries
  • A beginner’s mindset—open to new ideas, focused on growth, and unafraid to challenge assumptions
  • We’re looking for self-starters who can take ownership of parts of our product design process without a lot of management
  • Proven expertise in user research methodologies and tools like usability testing, surveys, and journey mapping
  • Ability to completely own and run user interviews, often interviewing company leadership, with confidence and poise
  • Strong design skills using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a portfolio demonstrating a focus on problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to teach and bring others along with your best thinking
  • A commitment to diverse perspectives and creating space for all voices to be heard in the design process

Responsibilities

  • Ask hard questions and challenge assumptions with curiosity and humility to uncover actionable insights
  • Design and execute fast learning cycles by conducting user research, synthesizing findings, and developing iterative prototypes
  • Create simple, scalable, and user-centric designs that align with business goals and address critical user needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, valuing input from diverse perspectives, including engineering, sales, and customer success
  • Advocate for the voice of the user while balancing business objectives to deliver high-impact solutions
