Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience demonstrating the ability to comprehend complex system logic and craft clear, intuitive interfaces around it
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI and UX work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design practices
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, color theory, and layout
- Familiarity with design systems, design libraries, and component-based design
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
- Hard-wired Ethernet connection preferred ; if Wi-Fi is used, it must maintain a consistent link speed of β₯ 400 Mbps and reliable coverage
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of crafting a consistent and coherent design language throughout the entire application
- Design seamless and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and perform user testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers in an agile environment
- Apply design systems, libraries, and component-based approaches to maintain consistency
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, usability, and performance
