Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience in a UI/UX designer role
• Modern knowledge of design software & tooling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Create UI prototypes, develop wireframes, and final designs
• Create and document digital UI components
• Collaborate with development teams during design and implementation phases
• Conduct research and solicit feedback within the organization for enhancing the UI of the SwipeSimple product
• Drive a consistent experience across both web and mobile platforms
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues as well as improvement opportunities
• Create user centered designs, with an attention to detail
• Demonstrated proficiency in articulating the rationale behind design choices
