UX/UI Designer

Summary

Join our LATAM team as a Senior UX/UI Designer and work remotely from Latin America for US clients with Nearsure, a staff augmentation company that values people and culture. As a creative and experienced designer, you will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience of our digital products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field
• 5+ Years of experience working with UI/UX Design
• 2+ Years of experience working with Figma
• 1+ Years of experience working with HTML
• 1+ Years of experience working with CSS

Responsibilities

• Create and iterate on user-centric designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience
• Develop intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that address user needs and enhance overall usability
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that align with business goals
• Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, making adjustments based on feedback
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
• Ensure design consistency across all digital products by adhering to established design guidelines and creating comprehensive style guides
• Apply user-centered design principles and industry best practices to all design projects, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met
• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, and justify design decisions based on research and user needs
• Work alongside front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, and provide guidance and support throughout the development process
• Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices and incorporate innovative solutions
• Participate in the development of design strategies and contribute to the overall vision and direction of the company’s digital products
• Identify and address any design-related issues or challenges, ensuring solutions are effective and aligned with user needs and project goals
