Summary

The job is for a UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience in Enterprise applications or B2B SaaS products. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to create intuitive user interfaces that optimize user experience and support better patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with experience in B2B web applications
• Proficiency in Figma design tool

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for enterprise applications, ensuring usability and accessibility of design solutions
• Conduct competitor analysis, ideation and brainstorming to refine designs and create better design solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into innovative design solutions that meet regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterate on feedback from stakeholders
• Maintain brand consistency and adhere to design standards throughout the development process
• Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and deliver innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of healthcare organizations
• Leverage AI tools to improve UX and refine the design process

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, focusing on usability and accessibility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with PMs and stakeholders
